California State Training Funds - Are You Eligible?

Funds are available for employee training from the Employment Training Panel (ETP). These funds can offest, or eliminate, your training expenses. Since 1984, ACA Group members have assisted California companies in obtaining ETP funds as follows:

• Assist in training needs analysis for all company employees.
• Assist in locating training providers to implement the training.
• Provide liaison between the company and the ETP Agency.
• Assist in developing the proposal documents required to obtain training funds:
  

  a. Curriculum and course outlines
  b. "Single Employer Certification" requirement
  c. Training plans and schedules
  d. Justification for training
