assessment tools take about 500K space on your computer, but you'll
need more space for individual results
The Lean People Assessment comes in a .zip file that contains four
files:
1.
The Lean People User's Guide
2.
An Article titled "Lean People for a Lean Enterprise"
3.
The Lean People Questionnaire
4
The Lean People Assessment Administrator's tool.
You'll
be instructed to save the two MS Excel files, 'lean people admin.xls'
and 'lean people AssmentV2.0.xls' in the same directory on a computer
that everybody in your organization can access. For the two tools
to talk to each other, they must be in the same directory.
