TRAINING PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace This course gives employees and supervisory personnel the legal definitions of sexual harassment in the workplace, a summary of EEOC guidelines, the basics of setting up organizational policies, training programs and audits to help prevent sexual harassment, and provides a guide to handling sexual harassment complaints leading to resolution. The emphasis is on maintaining a positive work environment.

Activity Based Costing

 

This course is designed to introduce both financial and operations managers to Activity Based Costing. The seminar reviews principals of traditional costing methodologies, discusses their shortcomings and develops several models that can improve product cost information.
Customer Service , Telephone Courtesy and Negotiating Skills Participants will be able to effectively use the telephone for both customer service and sales opportunities. They will also develop abilities of exploring interests, and creating options for mutual gain negotiations.
Participants will be able to use effective time management and allocation of resources, and develop abilities to optimize employeeperformance.
Leadership, Strategic Planning and Organizational Change Participants will be able to select, prioritize and execute unique combinations of strategies to lead their organizations to successful business improvements. 
Overcoming Resistance To Change Understanding the nature of resistance, identifying reactions to change and applying the tools to overcome fear.
Skills for the Creative Workforce The course is designed for employees from all types of organizations. The skills learned apply to business owners, company executives, middle managers, administrative personnel, and employees of manufacturing and service organizations. This course will benefit anyone who must design new or improve existing products, improve business processes, make decision in a complex situation or solve problems.
Skills for the Self Directed Workforce

This course will benefit anyone who must make decisions about what to work on and how to execute their daily tasks.

Train The Trainer This course gives people the abilities to prepare and present reports, or technical material for the purpose of training other employees, or making presentations to external customers
